At Travel Service Centers, we support foreign visitors to make their stays memorable experiences through providing services such as exchanging Japan Rail Pass and JR East Pass, selling Suica & N’EX passes, and so on.
Under our catch phrase of “Greeting and seeing off with Smiles”, we are waiting for tourists from abroad and wish to be a great help of them.
JR East Japan Bound Tour Operation Center
We are a group company of JR East, one of the largest railway companies in the world, handling planning, proposal, and sale of rail travel mainly in the JR East area.
The JR East Japan Bound Tour Operation Center arranges JR group train tickets and rail package products (bargain products that combine JR round-trip tickets and lodging), hotel plans, and the like to make travel in Japan more enjoyable for visitors from abroad.
